Well that explains why the Hawks are getting beat each week, cause according to many sources, their culture is terrible right now. It’s on the coaching staff. They’re a bunch of cowards who won’t take accountability and publicly say what is truly the core cause of their poor culture and poor play. It ain’t about you (coaches), it’s about the kids (not just your own kid).
