Rhoads wins Ankeny Fanatic’s NCAA Tournament pool

Tony Rhoads of Ankeny is the winner of the Ankeny Fanatic NCAA Tournament pool. He receives a $50 gift card from the Yankee Clipper. Rhoads finished with 93 points.
