Nick Sash of the Ankeny Centennial boys’ cross country team is the Ankeny Fanatic Sub of the Week sponsored by Blimpie.
Sash, a senior, has helped Centennial to a No. 11 ranking in Class 4A. He placed 54th in the Ames Invitational on Aug. 30 with a time of 18 minutes 58 seconds, helping the Jaguars to a runner-up finish.
Centennial will compete in the Ankeny Invitational on Thursday at DMACC.
