ETS Performance, a cutting-edge youth sports performance training center, is excited to announce the opening of two new locations in the Des Moines market. The new facilities, located in Ankeny and West Des Moines, will provide state-of-the-art training programs for athletes of all sports aged 8-18.
Chad Greenway, a former Iowa Hawkeye all-American linebacker who went on to play 11 seasons for the Minnesota Vikings in the NFL, has partnered with ETS Performance to expand to Iowa and open these new facilities.
Greenway is a household name in the world of sports, having excelled at the highest level of football. As a former professional athlete, Greenway knows what it takes to achieve success, and his experience and expertise will be invaluable in helping young athletes reach their full potential.
The ETS Performance centers will offer a variety of training programs designed to improve speed, strength, agility and overall performance. Athletes will have access to cutting-edge equipment, top-notch coaching and personalized training plans tailored to their individual needs. ETS Performance is a Minnesota-based company founded in 2010 by Ryan Englebert, owned by Johnston native Jed Schmidt, former Viking and current Carolina Panther Pro Bowl wide receiver Adam Thielen, and Chad Stiernagle.
“We’re thrilled to be opening these new facilities in the Des Moines area,” said Greenway. “Our focus is to provide young athletes with the tools they need to succeed on and off the field. We believe that by combining top-level coaching with an individualized approach, we can help athletes of all levels and sports take their performance to the next level.”
The ETS Performance centers will also provide a range of educational resources to help athletes learn about recovery, injury prevention, and other key aspects of sports performance. The performance centers are agnostic to any specific sport and focus on overall athletic performance. However, ETS does offer specialized team training programs in football, basketball, soccer, hockey, baseball, softball, volleyball and other sports, as well as group training sessions and individual training sessions.
The new ETS Performance locations just opened, and athletes and parents can visit www.etsperformance.com learn more about the facilities and training programs and schedule a free athlete evaluation. With the expertise of the ETS team of experienced coaches, ETS Performance is poised to become a leading provider of youth sports performance training in the Des Moines area and across the country.
