Former Iowa wide receiver Arland Bruce IV has landed in Stillwater.
Bruce announced via Twitter on Saturday that he will transfer to Oklahoma State.
“Mama I’m a Cowboy #gopokes,” he tweeted.
Bruce, who helped lead Ankeny to the Class 4A state championship in 2020, spent two seasons at Iowa. He caught 19 passes for 187 yards and one touchdown as a sophomore while helping the Hawkeyes to an 8-5 record this year.
Bruce announced last month that he was entering the transfer portal. He did not play in Iowa’s bowl game.
Bruce visited several schools, including Arkansas and Mississippi State. He reportedly had offers from Tulane and Fresno State as well before choosing the offer from Oklahoma State.
The Cowboys posted a 7-6 record this season, capped off by a 24-17 loss to Wisconsin in the Guaranteed Rate Bowl.
