The rainy weather has made things difficult for all of the Ankeny and Ankeny Centennial track teams. The cold and windy conditions didn't seem to bother the Ankeny girls' soccer team. The fifth-ranked Hawkettes opened their season on Thursday with a 3-1 victory over visiting Cedar Falls in a non-conference game.
