Senior Volleyball Classic to feature 6 players from Ankeny, ACA coach Quick

Ankeny’s three volleyball programs will be well represented in the Senior Volleyball Classic on Saturday at Johnston Middle School.

Ankeny Centennial’s Jaeden Pratt and Ankeny’s Kamryn Scheib will both play for the Bulldogs team that will face the Panthers at 4 p.m. Katie Quick of Ankeny Christian Academy will be a member of the Panthers squad.

Ankeny’s Reagan Hanfelt and Centennial’s Delaney Miller will both play for the Cyclones team that will be coached by Michele Quick of ACA. Carley Craighead of ACA will play for the Hawkeyes team that will meet the Cyclones at 5:30 p.m.

This week’s Ankeny Fanatic weekly podcast will be recorded on Thursday and will recap ACA’s run to a third consecutive Class 1A state title and will also preview the Senior Volleyball Classic.
