Ankeny Centennial senior guard Rex Jensen has committed to play basketball for Wartburg College next year.
Jensen announced his decision on social media last week.
“Blessed to announce I will be continuing my academic and basketball career at Wartburg College!” Jensen tweeted on X.
Jensen helped the Jaguars to a 5-17 record this season. He started all 22 games.
Jensen averaged 4.1 points and 2.1 rebounds per game. He led the team with 38 assists.
Jensen shot 42.3 percent from 3-point range, making 11-of-26 attempts from behind the arc.
