‘Motivating’ Relays crowd helps Centennial hurdler to 5th-place finish
The times just keep getting faster for Ankeny Centennial hurdler Katie Petersen. The junior placed fifth in the 100 hurdles at the Drake Relays on Friday. She posted a time of 14.70 seconds. Girls’ track meet cut short after Johnston hurdler suffers injury
Thursday's Johnston Quadrangular girls' track meet was cut short due to a mishap in the 100 hurdles.
