Ankeny senior Sydney Jorgensen won the state diving title on Friday at the Marshalltown YMCA. Ankeny girls' swimming coach Michelle Stout is the 2019 recipient of the Iowa Girls' High School Athletic Union's Golden Plaque of Distinction Award.
