The Ankeny Hawks took a business trip to Sioux City on Friday night and didn’t take long to show why they were there. The opening round of the boys' Class 4A state golf meet was played in cold and blustery conditions. Unfortunately, the weather may not be much better on Saturday. A lot of different swimmers contributed to the Ankeny girls' swimming team's victory in the Ram Relays on Thursday at Southeast Polk.
