Hawkettes seek first top-10 finish at state since 2010
It's been awhile since the Ankeny girls' track team earned a top-10 finish in the Class 4A state meet. All of the current members of the squad were in elementary school the last time it happened. Unlike many of her teammates on the Ankeny girls' track squad, Malea Daugherty didn't go anywhere for spring break.
