Hawkettes experiment with their lineup during lopsided victory at Ottumwa

Ankeny girls' swimming coach Michelle Stout is still trying to find her best lineup. Tuesday's dual meet at Ottumwa gave Stout an opportunity to experiment a little bit. After breakout season, Centennial’s Schulz commits to play for Minnesota St.

Ankeny Centennial catcher Ella Schulz enjoyed a breakout season in 2020. Her success on the softball field has resulted in an opportunity to play at the collegiate level. Junior Maddie Carleton helped the Ankeny girls' swimming team to a 102-84 victory over Johnston in a dual meet on Tuesday at Summit Middle School. Jaguars shoot their highest score of the season at Ames Quadrangular

A windy day led to some high scores on Thursday in the Ames Quadrangular at Veenker Golf Course.
