Earlier this month, the Ankeny Centennial boys' golf team struggled to a 329 total in the Ames Quadrangular at Veenker Golf Course. On Tuesday, the sixth-ranked Jaguars played the same course with much better results. Centennial shot a 306 to win the Turk Bowman Invitational over four other teams. After missing her junior season, Ankeny golfer Webb commits to William Jewell

Ankeny golfer Jaci Webb didn't get a chance to impress college coaches with a strong junior season. She still landed a scholarship anyway. Hawks capture 3rd straight Indianola crown, while Centennial places 2nd

Hunter Johnson and the undefeated Ankeny boys' golf team earned a threepeat on Monday. Johnson carded a 1-under-par 70 to lead the third-ranked Hawks to the Indianola Invitational title at the Indianola Country Club for the third straight year. Senior nose guard Griffin Neal is a member of the Ankeny Centennial football team.
